This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and HARRY BARTOS’s Consulting (“Licensor,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing, purchasing, receiving, or using any consulting services, digital materials, documents, reports, tools, or related content provided by HARRY BARTOS’s Consulting (collectively, the “Product”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
1. LICENSE GRANT
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your personal or internal business use only.
You may:
- View, download, and use digital materials for your own use.
- Apply information or recommendations provided during consulting sessions.
- Store copies of delivered documents for internal use.
You may not:
- Sell, resell, or redistribute the Product.
- Share paid materials or recordings with third parties.
- Publish, upload, or post the Product publicly without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, alter, or create derivative works from any digital tools or materials.
2. NATURE OF CONSULTING SERVICES
All consulting, whether written or verbal, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
We do not provide:
- Legal representation
- Medical care
- Financial investment services
- Any licensed professional service unless specifically stated
Users are responsible for interpreting and applying the information.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when requesting consulting services.
- Use the Product in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Not misuse, repurpose, or misrepresent consulting materials as your own work.
4. DATA & CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect client privacy. Information you provide during consulting may be stored to improve our services or maintain records.
We will not sell your personal information.
We may share information only:
- If required by law
- To prevent fraud or abuse
- With your consent
5. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
All fees for consulting sessions or digital materials are due at purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Refunds may be granted at our discretion and only for unused services or defective digital materials.
No refunds are offered for:
- Misuse or misunderstanding of provided materials
- Any Consulting finished Or Not.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights, title, and interest in the Product remain the property of HARRY BARTOS’s Consulting.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of:
- Digital materials
- Templates
- Reports
- Checklists
- Branding
- Methods or processes
Your license is for use only — not ownership.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (STANDARD LEVEL)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss of profits
- Business interruptions
- Actions taken based on consulting information
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the 60 days prior to the issue arising.
You understand that results may vary and no outcomes are guaranteed.
8. WARRANTIES
The Product is offered “as-is” without express or implied warranties.
We do not guarantee:
- That information is error-free
- That consulting advice will produce specific results
- That digital tools will meet your expectations
9. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your license if:
- You violate this Agreement
- You misuse or distribute materials without permission
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all digital materials.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may update or revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes means you accept the updated terms.
